Longmont, Colorado’s annual Día de los Muertos celebration has developed into a premiere and anticipated event brought to you by the Longmont Museum and Firehouse Arts Center. Longmont attracts more than 6,000 people to its festivities and exhibits every year.
The main Day of the Dead Family Celebration is held on TBD 2025 (last event: Saturday, October 12, 2024). However, there are also events held at locations around Longmont throughout October.
Whether in Mexico, South America, or the United States, El Día de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead, is a time to reflect upon and honor deceased loved ones. This holiday is full of life, remembrance, food, family, and fun. It’s a fabulous way to capture a unique glimpse into a culture that may be different from your own.
