A spectacular event that’s great for the entire family, the Pikes Peak Regional Air Show is for those who enjoy military planes. Featuring live demonstrations, WWII Flying Warbirds, and a kids’ zone, this two-day event is meant for true enthusiasts.
Planes that will be performing include the F-35 piloted by Kristin “Beo” Wolfe, SBD Dauntless, B-17, Kyle Franklin in Dracula, F7F Tigercat, Corsair, Skyraider, B-25, and P-47. This year’s event is cancelled for 2025 but will return for 2026 (last event: Saturday and Sunday, August 17th to 18th, 2024) at the Colorado Springs Airport. The gates open at 8 am, while the air show starts at noon.
