Holyoke is a rural plains town located in the northeast corner of the state at an elevation of 3,750 feet. It’s the most populated city and county seat of Phillips County.
The town was incorporated on May 31st, 1888, and was named for Holyoke, Massachusetts. Holyoke is classified as a Home Rule Municipality. In 2020 it recorded a population of 2,346 residents.
